“When I started IDPL Consulting, LLC in 2018, after nearly 50 years of experience working in government and business, it was my intention to develop a consulting and executive coaching practice that would provide individuals and organizations with personalized assistance in promoting best practices and supporting their interests in creating a culture of integrity and enhancing individual performance and business results.

As the founder of IDPL, I have sought to draw upon my diverse experience as a senior executive, board director, attorney, risk consultant, executive coach and thought leader to work with executives and directors.

During my career, I have assisted countless US and Global organizations in assessing, designing, and implementing ethics and compliance programs. As a former prosecutor and the head of KPMG’s Forensic practice, I conducted investigations into all manner of misconduct and saw first-hand how individuals and organizations ran afoul of laws and regulations and how companies too often took short cuts bypassing controls to achieve short term business objectives.

I have often been called upon to serve as an independent integrity monitor and consultant to help companies restore trust with their stakeholders and government regulators. And, I have served as an executive coach and conducted training programs to help leaders address the challenges they face in achieving high performance with integrity.”
